Nothing to complain about, we spent an excellent time here. Everything was amazing, the made to order breakfast was totally worth it. Accommodating and unfailingly friendly staff suggested restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the interesting areas in the city. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful, from the waitstaff in the restaurant to the front desk and management. They even accommodated our special requests with ease. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom products provided were of the highest quality, adding to the overall luxurious experience. We also appreciated the additional amenities like the in-room safe and the mini-bar.

Great Art Deco feel with helpful staff. Our room had a problem with the window not closing properly, but the receptionist promptly changed our room. The central location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

Every time in Glasgow, I choose this place. The luxury double room is air-conditioned with extra touches like an espresso machine as well as slept in. The location is brilliant, 2 km from a multi - purpose hall.

Original and clean place to stay in, it has accommodating and immensely pleasant staff from the waitstaff in the restaurant to the front desk and management. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant.

Stunning & luxury unit with super comfy bed, the AC, for instance. Plenty of delicious food for meals.

They placed us in a double room which was spotless and luxury. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a contemporary art gallery.

The location was great - ease of access to Sauchiehall Street. Had reasonably large and functional room for good value and wake-up service was available in it. The breakfast was hot and enjoyable with cocktails and a hot meal included, for instance, the best I had in Glasgow.

Cool property, has incredibly nice staff on door at night shift. Unique & new-fashioned room, climate control, tea, coffee and blackout drapes in there.

The room was neat and modest with a very comfy bed, huge windows, as for instance, and btw the hotel had a main bar onsite.

The staff here are very caring, and they have a duty manager available to assist with any needs. Additionally, the location is very central, making it convenient for visiting a department store like John Lewis.
